block of 18th street in west oakland. >> two was taken to the hospital in stable condition. the two shootings following an afternoon shooting in the 400 block of 16th street at about 230. the male victim in the incident was taken to the hospital in stable condition. he was caught uncooperative with police. police have not released details or motives or suspects. >> police arrest most suspects, including four women, in connection with the death of a man who was one of two people. down bound and gagged on a san this is the street. >> police are investigating --the male victim died his name was steven reed. the woman has not been and she is still in serious condition. she is expected to survive. the san francisco d.a. office tells us they have not received
